@VioletThreads I have not got the play score to run on my mac for some time, but if you use this, http://bbloomf.github.io/jgabc/transcriber.html you can click on the first note and it will turn blue and a menu will appear, you can then choose pitch and press play (sometime you need to click the pause play button lower down on the screen.
Click on integrated GABC if you are going to paste or create your own chant, paste/enter the code, then click somewhere on the music notation and a box will appear to begin playing the chant.
