Does anyone know of a free website/resource where our parish musicians can find the antiphons along with readings for NO Masses, to base hymn selection on? I can only seem to find resources with the readings, but not the antiphons.
In a related vein, I am wondering where to find the Graduals for weekday Masses in the NO. I have access to the Source and Summit platform, which is great in many ways for accessing the correct Introits, Alleluias, Offertories, and Communions from the GR. Unfortunately, it does not have a psalm option available other than the English Responsorial Psalm. Is there a similar resource to the Gregorian Missal that has the weekday Graduals?
For JazFenn, if you're mainly interested in using the texts to lead to hymn choices, the Gregorian Missal link given above is a good option. That's the first edition of the GM, and the English translations given there for the proper antiphons can be useful for your process. The second edition of the GM is available in print, and the main difference, as far as I can tell, is that the English translations have been revised to correspond to official ICEL texts. Of course the meaning has not changed.
For LauraKaz, it might be useful to get the Gradual chants in English from Fr. Samuel Weber's "The Proper of the Mass: For Weekdays". This *may* be available as a download from his website sacredmusicus.wordpress.com , and it's available in print from lulu.com .
