Changes to In monte Oliveti

    In trying to straighten out the CPDL page I've noticed "fiat voluntas tua" used to end In monte Oliveti. LU (going back to around 1923) omits it: when and why the change?

    In the 1953 Liber Usualis, the responsory In Monte Oliveti is used at Matins for Holy Thursday (p. 628) and before the benediction on Palm Sunday (p. 580). The latter includes "fiat voluntas tua", the former does not. I spot checked a couple of other sources, and it seems this the way it was for a long time (In Monte was dropped from Palm Sunday in 1956).

    Another data point or two, from books listed at IMSLP: Officium et Cantus (Madrid 1830) has "fiat voluntas tua" for Holy Thursday (Palm Sunday only starting with Pueri Hebraeorum there). Medici Edition is still trying to download…but Pustet 1892 omits "fiat voluntas tua" for Holy Thursday.
