Looking for Propers for the Memorial of Saint Jerome

    Friends, does anyone know of (or want to compose?!) simple English or Latin chants for the Memorial of Saint Jerome? We are doing a regional home school Mass with our bishop next week and I would like to include at least the introit. Only thing is, I am supposed to submit the program to him for review by tomorrow morning...!

    The propers you linked to may (or may not) be intended to be sung - a long and complicated story.

    Looking back at the Liber Usualis, the propers for St. Jerome were definitely intended to be sung: those of the "Mass of Doctors of the Church," given on pp. 1190-1193 (PDF pages 1384-1387) of this document:

    You can probably Google the texts to get translations.

    Thank you, friends. I think I should go ahead and purchase the Lumen Christi Missal, but is it possible to get an electronic copy of just the propers needed for Saint Jerome from that book?

    Update: Found "Blessed is he" in the SEP. :)

    Anyone have a setting of or willing to set the Communion (from the New Roman Missal)?
