In one of my univ. music history courses, I usually asked on an exam for the student to name the parts of the Ordinary of the Mass. On those occasions (at least one in each class) where a student wrote "Angus Dei," I'd always write in the margin, "Lamb, not beef!" *sigh*
My organ professor tells the story of how he played Dupre's Ave, Maris Stella for a concert. When he looked at the program, he saw "Ave Maria" by Stella Dupre.
