While digging through a battered card-board box that contains all that remains of the pre-Vatican-II choir-library, I found the attached O Salutaris. Unlike other pieces that were present in mimeographed MS parts together with the orginal published score used by the Organist, this only exists as a MS. I do not know if there should be an accompaniment (there are no long, multi-bar rests that would signify organ interludes), and there is no composer given. My guess of era of composition as opposed to copying) would possibly be mid-to-late 19th century with deliberate looking back to Mozartean church music. Any help identifying this piece would be appreciated.
