With chorus or without? English or Latin? Here are a few in English, with chorus:

If you mean the chant Te Deum in Latin you should specify whether you want tonus sollemnis or tonus simplex (also called juxta morem romanum).

The easy cheat version is to use the Hymn "Holy God We Praise Thy Name", which is essentially a hymn version of the Te Deum Laudamus.

I think you will find this accompaniment in the Catholic Hymnbook published by Gracewing.

The linked video gives the sollemn tone of the Te Deum. You can find it e.g. in the appendix of the Graduale Romanum (p. 141* in the 1961 Gradual here on musicasacra.com, Pro gratiarum actione).

Our Schola has been chanting Vespers at our parish church on Fridays and Tuesdays. In light of the election of Pope Francis, would it be suitable to chant the Te Deum in place of the Magnificat for the Liturgy of the Hours on 3/15 and 3/19? Thanks.

The Te Deum is actually used in the Liturgy of the Hours at the end of the Office of Readings on Sundays and feasts (more or less when there is a Gloria at Mass). In any case, I would not replace the Magnificat at Vespers - ever. I would chant the Te Deum immediately after Vespers.
