At the All Saints Vigil I attended today we heard:
Sing with All the Saints in Glory (ODE TO JOY-Breaking Bread) Psalm 24- WLP All Saints Alleluia (which they've used all summer, not just today) from WLP Instrumental Offertory Mass of Creation Blest are They (Haas-Breaking Bread) For All the Saints (Breaking Bread)
Those who love those who labor is the tune ode to joy in the RitualSong. I thought it was to joyful for an offertory to use that tune. That's why I used pleading savior tune. In the worship hymnal from gia is the dhomide trio you mentioned above with the thise who love and labor. I love that tune!!!! Wish it was in the RitualSong with that tune better than ode to joy and pleading savior!
I attended a Mass this evening in Northern AZ. There was no music. It was actually quite nice not hearing guitar, piano and bad singers. I have to admit that I have been singing the liturgy for so long that I found it difficult to say it.
