Agnus Dei for Requiem?

I am wondering if someone can help me find a version of Agnus Dei from Mass XVIII (Jubilate Deo) which everyone knows that includes "Dona eis requiem" instead of "miserere nobis" and "Dona eis requiem sempiternam" instead of dona nobis pacem. it is for All Souls day and I am unsure how to set the "sempiternam" - the notes and syllables don't match. thank you
  • The words "dona eis requiem sempiternam" are set "sol la ti sol la sol sol fa la la-sol sol", with the "ter" of sempiternam getting the only double neume. It is on p. 1815 of the 1961 Liber, if you have that or care to download it.

It's also available in neumes at the St. Antoine Daniel Gregorian Chant Ordinaries Site
