I have found many websites containing the 1962 celebration of Marraige, but they all differ in some way.

    https://www.scribd.com/document/85114433/rituale-matrimonium (All Latin)
    https://www.latinmasswedding.com/uploads/1962_Rite_of_Marriage.pdf (Latin-English)

Which one is correct? The 3rd link is the one that I have seen on videos, but what book exactly did they get that from (and is it approved for use in America/Is there and official one)?

All have the same structure but some add some english in here and there, and some keep only what is necessary. Some even have differing forms of the exchange of consent.

As far as I can remember we have at least 3 different texts.

    1. Traditional text (as in the old Ritual)
    2. Traditional text modified to fit the UK requirements for weddings
    3. Modern text. (As in the new ritual if they have such books)

Some places now demand we use the modern text in the U.K. even if we are TLM.

In theory, the 1962 Collectio rituum. You may find a 1964 version (but you need to compare to a 1962 missal for things that must be in Latin, and the wedding is before Mass in the 1962, but after the gospel post-1964). However you can also find the earlier ritual. The problem is that it doesn’t always align with the vernacular provisions of the 1962 (not that I care for the 1962, but routinely doing the sacramental form or virtually the entire marriage rite in the vernacular is, while not a total novelty, bad when it’s now universally permitted)

Your fourth link is specifically correct for England and Wales, because it has both the form as given in the Ordo administrandi for use in that territory (which always differed from the Rituale Romanum) and also the words required by current civil law.

Your second link (latinmasswedding) is closest to the form of the 1961 Collectio Rituum. However, it omits some parts and does not indicate which parts must be said in Latin and which could be in English.

The 1961 Collectio has (after "Volo"), the wedding vows of the couple (repeated after the priest). Also, the couple does not say "In nomine Patris" after giving the ring, the priest says it.

Here is the 1961 Rite from the Collectio (brackets are the English text, printed in facing column to the Latin).

    ======

    RITUS CELEBRANDI MATRIMONII SACRAMENTUM
(Rit. Rom., Tit. VIII, Cap. II)

    ermone:

    Et primo quidem sponsum interroget:

    N. Vis accipere N. hic præséntem in tuam legítimam uxórem juxta ritum sanctæ matris Ecclésiæ? [ N., do you take N., here present, for your lawful wife according to the rite
of our holy mother, the Church?]

    Respondeat sponsus:
    Volo. [I do]

    Mox sacerdos sponsam interroget:

    2. N. Vis accípere N. hic præséntem in tuum legítimum marítum juxta ritum sanctæ matris Ecclésiæ? [N., do you take N., here present, for your lawful husband according to the rite of our holy mother, the Church?]
    Respondeat sponsa: Volo.[I do.]

Manibus eorum junctis, sponsus (post sacerdotem) clara voce dicat:

I, N.N., take you, N.N., for my lawful wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part.

Tunc, sponsa (post sacerdotem) clara voce dicat:

I, N.N., take you, N.N., for my lawful husband, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part.

Manibus eorum adhuc junctis, sacerdos dicat:

Ego conjúngo vos in matrimónium. In nómine Patris, + et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti. Amen.
    Postea eos aspergat aqua benedicta.

    Mox benedicat anulum, dicens:
    V. Adjutórium nostrum in nómine Dómini.
    R. Qui fecit cælum et terram.

    V. Dómine, exáudi oratiónem meam.
    R. Et clamor meus ad te véniat.

    V. Dominus vobíscum.
    R. Et cum spiritu tuo.

    Oratio

    Orémus.

Bénedic, Dómine, ánulum hunc, quem nos in tuo nomine bene+dicimus: ut, qua eum gestaverit, fidelitátem integram suo sponso tenens, in pace et voluntáte tua permáneat, atque in mútua caritáte semper vivat. Per Christum Dominum nostrum. R. Amen.

    3. Deinde sacerdos aspergat anulum aqua benedicta; et sponsus acceptum anulum de manu sacerdotis imponat in digito anulari sinistræ manus sponsæ, dicens:

Take and wear this ring as a sign of our marriage vows.

Sacerdos dicat: In nomine Patris, et Filii, + et Spiritus Sancti. Amen.

    Mox sacerdos subjungat:

    V. Confírma hoc, Deus, quod operátus es in nobis. [Strengthen, O God,
what you have wrought in us.]
    R. A templo sancto tuo, quod est in Jerúsalem. [From your holy
    temple, which is in Jerusalem.]

    Kýrie, eléison. [Lord, have mercy]
    Christe, eléison. [Christ, have mercy]
    Kýrie, eléison.[Lord, have mercy]

    Pater noster secreto usque ad

    V. Et ne nos indúcas in tentatiónem. [And lead us not inot temptation.]
    R. Sed líbera nos a malo. [But deliver us from evil.]
    V. Salvos fac servos tuos. [Save your servants[
    R. Deus meus, sperántes in te. [Who trust in you, my God]
    V. Mitte eis, Dómine, auxílium de sancto. [Send them help, O Lord, from your sanctuary.]
    R. Et de Sion tuére eos. [And sustain them from Sion.]
    V. Esto eis, Dómine, turris fortitúdinis. [Be a tower of strength for them, O Lord.]
    R. A fácie inimíci. [Against the attack of the enemy.]
    V. Dómine, exáudi oratiónem meam. [O Lord, hear my prayer.]
    R. Et clamor meus ad te véniat. [And let my cry come to you.]
    V. Dóminus vobíscum. [The Lord be with you.]
    R. Et cum spíritu tuo. [And with your spirit.]

    Orémus.
Réspice, quæsumus, Dómine, super hos fámulos tuos: et institútis tuis, quibus propagatiónem humáni géneris ordinásti, benígnus assíste; ut qui te auctóre jungúntur, te auxiliánte servéntur. Per Christum Dóminum nostrum. R. Amen.

    [Let us pray.
We beg you, Lord, to look on these your servants, and graciously to uphold the institution of marriage established by you for the continuation of the human race, so that they who have been joined together by your authority may remain faithful together by your help. Through Christ our Lord. R. Amen.]

    4. His expletis, si benedicendæ sint nuptiæ, parochus Missam pro sponso et sponsa, ut in Missali Romano, celebret, servatis omnibus quæ ibi præscribuntur.

    5. Quando plures simul copulantur, accepto primum singulorum consensu, et rite celebratis singulis matrimoniis, dictoque pro singulis a parocho Ego conjúngo vos in
matrimónium, etc., benedictiones anulorum et reliquæ benedictiones plurali numero semel fiunt.

    6. Ceterum, sicubi aliæ laudabiles consuetudines et cæremoniæ in celebrando matrimonii sacramento adhibentur, eas convenit retineri.

Sacerdos dicat: In nomine Patris, et Filii, + et Spiritus Sancti. Amen.

What a dumb change and I already dislike the command said by the one spouse to the other. The English ritual is superior.
