    Hello all! Here is the first draft of a motet. Right now, it's chant for verses 1, 3, and 5, and then two identical SATB settings of verses 2 and 4.

    MIDI audio realization also attached.

    Alto is the cantus firmus except for a small section where the soprano takes it over.

    New section composed on verse 3. Here it is all together, with a MIDI of the new section.

    Verse 1 (Choral)
    Verse 2 (Chant)
    Verse 3 (Choral, new section)

    This time the bass and tenor share the cantus firmus. I develop the ideas more thoroughly.

    Please excuse any typos, as this is a work in progress.

    Work has begun on a third choral section on verse 5, in a more triumphant vein.
