Hi Alex, this is difficult to evaluate this with just the playback feature from what I presume is Musescore. Could you get this recorded with real SATB voices? Doesn't need to be commercial quality, just enough to get a sense of it.
I would also suggest sharing your vision/motivation for this work. For example, are you exploring new territory in terms of music theory, such style of the harmonization?
Byrd and Mozart have iconic versions of Ave Verum Corpus. What does your work do that is different from these works in an important way?
@achoyce91 you could try Cantamus.app to simulate voices. first month free then only $5/month. It's a simple one-voice-per-part simulation not a choral simulation. Cantai.app promises to do choral but is beset currently by complaints on their Discord channel about voice instability and may be a year away from being more polished.
