    Palestrina’s Veni Sponsa Christi. There’s also a Mass based on the motet.

    They’re on my list for us to do eventually. I did them at St Martin of Tours in Louisville a while ago.

    Sicut Cervus would also be appropriate during communion. In the revised rite of the Consecration of a Virgin it’s one of the communion antiphon options. I believe it is also in the 1962 Roman Pontifical.

    Veni Sponsa Christi is the antiphon sung during crowning of a virgin in the 1962 RP. I believe it’s the tract in the 1962 RM for the common of virgin martyrs. Regardless, Palenstrina’s version is one I’ve always wanted to sing.
