They have had bot issues such that Cloudfare settings have been elevated permanently.

However this results in a couple of problems, namely you’re unable to use the site for hours or days. If you do get to a page, sometimes it loads improperly. You can’t log in. It doesn’t remember sessions across tabs (that is bad and logging in like that a lot would be considered spam).

I am fairly sure that my IP address isn’t blocked because I can get in about half the time.

There is also the issue that Cloudfare verification isn’t playing right with the CPDL servers: the verification takes a long time, and it is slow to load the site in the best of circumstances.
