Hello scholars!

In which documents might I find rubrics for Holy Thursday, specifically about the bells being rung during the Gloria and then silent until the Gloria of Holy Saturday? And also concerning the use of incense during the transfer of the Blessed Sacrament to the altar of repose and rubrics about adoration post-transfer?
