You are correct that the pdf of volume 1 is not publicly available. Ignatius used to share it with you if you requested it and could prove that you had ordered a whole choir’s worth of physical copies, but that stopped long ago.

Some of Fr. Weber's Psalm settings are beautiful. I particularly love the one for Lent II B (pg. 32 of the PDF linked above). I use it for funerals sometimes.
