Can anyone name the composer?

A setting of "Adam lay ybounden" that I did many years ago has been floating through my brain, and I can't remember the composer. Here are the first couple of bars — anyone know who wrote it?
(I have a suspicion MJO would, if he happened to see this...) -

I don't have a score to hand so can't check.
