Looking for KING DIVINE (Rigby) hymn tune resources

Hello all, I have the SATB texture for this hymn (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1drtim65OA0) from a copy of the "Hymns for Today's Church" (2nd Edition) but I would love to be able to pay/license usage of this at our Christ the King Liturgy. The text is public domain, but the music is not. I'm capable of writing out all of this out, but it doesn't solve the problem of running rough shod over copyright. Being on the American side of the pond, I can't seem to make any headway in contacting the actual copyright owner. Any ideas?

well, Bloomsbury seems to be the owner as the copyright was acquired by Continuum.
