Propers for Scrutiny Masses

For the life of me, I can't find the propers for the 5th Scrutiny in my Roman Gradual, Liber Usualis, or anything else I own.

Roman Missal says the entrance antiphon should be Ps 18:5-7: "The waves of death rose about me...", whereas the normal Introit for the 5th Sunday of Lent is Psalm 42:1-3: "Vindicate me, O God..."

So where is it? I'd rather not just write one myself. We usually do our Introits in Latin and Psalm, Gospel Acclamation, Offertory, and Communion in English.

Edit: also, this: John 11:26: "Everyone who lives and believes in me will not die for ever, says the Lord." (Communion for 3rd Scrutiny)

    BUMP

Now I can't find a chant for John 11:26: "Everyone who lives and believes in me will not die for ever, says the Lord." (Communion for 3rd Scrutiny)
