Music for Evening Prayer - Office of the Dead

    Greetings all.

    I had to put together music for Evening Prayer this week for the passing of the Pope Emeritus, and—as the texts are all the standard Office of the Dead, I thought it could be useful to share here both for this week and for the future. The antiphon music is all my own composition—with permission freely given to anyone who might find this useful to reprint. The psalm verses are Meinrad tones, and the Magnificat verses are set to the Ton Royal a la Notre-Dame de Paris.

    Question re Office if the Dead. My church plan EF Mass "special memorial Mass for Pope Benedict XVI.". Options: Requiem can't be done on Sunday. So either Morning or Evening Office if the Dead? Any suggestions?

    In other words: could we have Officium Defunctorum on Sunday or not?
