I’d like to share a recent composition I posted to my YouTube channel. I had the spirit of inspiration while I was in Italy a few weeks ago, and while my style is not particularly Italian sounding, I like to attribute it to my time there near Venice in the province of Padua (Padova).
This is nice, with a nice reference to our polyphonic era. Another idea - we always sing this and the Vidi Aquam to Anglican chant (Norris) at Walsingham.
I don't have recordings of this, but there is plenty of Anglican chant to experience on youtube - such as Guildford Cathedral, for when Barry Rose was choirmaster there. and, more recently - Psalms and hymns, Winchester Cathedral
Attached is the music for the Asperges Me, but there's a "little string attached", I'd like to get a somewhat decent recording if possible please, doesn't have to be professional, but something I can listen to while I drive from place to place during my work.
