Ward's Music Third Year

Please help me if I am missing something here: At the end of each week's lesson text in Music Third Year, Ward mentions the "Children's Song Manual" and lists certain melodies and songs to be studied from this manual (which, I presume, correspond pedagogically to the preceding lesson). is this a corollary book or an appendix or what? Where can I obtain this Children's Song Manual? Is it downloadable here at MusicaSacra?
