I've been writing more two and three part motets recently (I'm falling behind posting them, actually) for the women's schola and girls' choir at my parish. This composition is a brief two-part setting of the Gradual for Our Lady of Guadalupe, the words roughly translated being:

Who is she who rises like the coming of the dawn, beautiful as the moon, bright as the sun? As the rainbow spreads light among the clouds of glory and as as the flower of roses in the days of spring.
