During seminary I had found an old book of just the daytime hours - I must have given it away, because I don't have it anymore. That version I am sure cannot be found in print. "Christian Prayer" contains Morning and Evening Prayer for the 4 week psalter and for the seasons/feasts,

"Shorter Christian Prayer" contains contains Morning and Evening Prayer for the 4 week psalter and only selections from the seasons/feasts,

But as I know the first two do not contain musical notation, I would expect the "Daytime Prayer" does not as well.
