What are the codes for inserting italicised text above the staves at certain points, e.g. above the antiphon incipit 'Media vita' ('1 from the higher stalls') the first syllable of 'secundum' ('All on the beginner's side (side A)') and at 'Quia' and so on? See attached. Many thanks.
