    Fairly typical Cecilian works. Some of it is worthwhile, much of it isn't. If nothing else, it's quite competent.

  • He has some good stuff and some not so good stuff. Generally not so good, but do take a look at De Profundis, one of his better works.

  • There are a few pretty settings of the O Salutaris, etc. All utilitarian and worthy. Think Canadian Catholic sub- Willan.

    I was planning to use a few of his settings of the Tenebrae responsories in the future, alternating with those of Dom Perosi. They accomplish what they need to accomplish. (Although the notes at the beginning of the Tenebrae booklet are amusing - Tenebrae was abolished in the 1955 reforms?!?)

    I don't think the license allows for the digitizing of scores, but I could be (and likely am) wrong.
