Is it possible to determine which modes the antiphons will be in for the Roman Office? The Antiphonale Romanum II gives everything for Sunday Vespers, so that's no problem. But for the rest of the offices, even without a complete Antiphonale Romanum, would it be possible to at least identify the modes the antiphons would be in so that we could chant the Psalms in the same Psalm tone they would eventually be published in?

Well, indirectly and somewhat. The Ordo Cantus Officii, second edition ("editio typica altera", 2015, ISBN 978-88-209-9593-5), identifies the antiphons of the office and gives references to where they are published in works such as the 1934 Antiphonale Monasticum, the 2009 AR II, and less accessible volumes. In those books you can find the modes identified.
