    I am a longtime cantor/choir leader, seeking fellow Chant lovers and nerds to join me. I already have a beautiful Sunday choir for Mass, but would like to learn and sing more chant, purely for fun. There is a whole world of Sacred music, chant and polyphony that I want to explore more in depth, and would like a buddy or two to start an informal meet-up, schola or choir (for fun).     That is not "nerdy"...frankly, I would place that desire in the category of "wasting time with God" in the sense that this music is good for the soul and raises one's mind to God.
