Can you help me identify this book?

Or rather, I am sure someone can. I am also sure I downloaded it from musicasacra.com, but I don't see any books in French. I am usually good at finding documents, but I also have Y-chromosome thing-blindness, which may be operating here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I lost the first few pages.

I, too, the link that I got it from some years ago was easier. If I could get it to show up in the reader, that would be fine. I found those sheets when I was throwing out unused prints of downloads and am trying to use iPad.

I knew it was my Y=chromosome thing blindness, as this is all blindingly obvious. I basically do this kind of exercise depending on what I am studying but I wanted something systematic. Many thanks.
