    Based on Michael's emergency need for singers, and thinking about the whole Funeral Mass situation, I wonder if it's possible to set up an national list of 'on-call' singers. It could contain information on who a person is, what voice they sing, where they are, and how far they'd be willing to travel (with and without compensation) to sing on an as-needed basis.

    I'm not an HTML person; my programming skills are more like "buggy-whip maker" or "farrier" (RPG and SQL), but I'd certainly be willing to do the data definition entry work on this if anyone is interested.

    Perhaps you could start this by using a web-based database service. There are a few free ones available.

    I'll be the first to sign up. Tues. and Thursday mornings are free for me (until Aug) and I know the chants!
