McCullough's arrangement is exquisite. While Sir David Willcocks' arrangement at the link above is old English, James McCullough's reminds me of American/Appalachian folk music.

I've done the Willcocks arrangement of "How far..." as well as "Jesus Christ the Apple Tree" ... both in concert. Nice works.
