If the wedding isn't in the next few weeks, ask the couple if they'd consider commissioning a piece of music for the occasion. Then make it free on the internet with their names under the title. It will be a lasting tribute to their dedication to the arts and their names will live on forever like Odysseus.
S solo + STB is close but not quite what was requested; I almost wonder if Kathy meant Panis angelicus. CPDL has a multi-category search function: solo Sop + SATB turns up Dubois and much else besides.
I have a friend's arrangement of the Schubert "Ave Maria" for S solo plus SATB chorus + organ. I also have an MP3 from last Nov. when I used this same arrangement at a funeral. PM me if interested.
