    Your best bet is St. Lawrence the Martyr in Alexandria. They have a 1230, but it's roughly an hour fifteen away. (I'm assuming your friend wants something diocesan approved?)

    I go to St. Lawrence all the time.

    But--you've reminded me that King George has an EF a couple of times a week.

    St. Patrick's has low Masses every Sunday and high Masses about once a month.

    Holy Trinity has TLM every Sunday; I'm not sure if they are doing high Mass at this time...
