    Looking at an IMSLP collection
Les fetes de l'annee sur des themes liturgiques (1910) by Charles Collin
    http://imslp.org/wiki/Les_fêtes_de_l'année_sur_des_thèmes_liturgiques_(Collin,_Charles)
the PDF page 9 of 43
has a complete piece on one page with heading "Hymne a Saint Joseph".

It is a prelude on a hymn tune
__ mi mi mi | re fa fa fa | mi sol sol la | sol fa mi mi | re __
re mi | fa la sol fa | mi __ re mi | fa mi re do | do

and contains only the embedded words "Salve Pater".

I am looking for information ...
    (1) about the tune (composer, date, etc)
    (2) about the text (what is complete verse or all verses)

EDITED to attach PDF of the specific page to facilitate assistance.

There is a hymn "Salve Pater Salvatoris" whose text seems to fit the melody; it is based on "Salve Mater Salvatoris" by Adam of St. Victor.

The most popular settings seem to be in 3/4 time, so I have not seen any scores that correspond to the version you have found in IMSLP, above.
