I'm looking for performing editions of Latin American baroque Masses. Some of the few Masses I've found have forces too large for the budget involved, which probably realistically limits things to 6 performers (either 6 singers, or 4 singers + organ (and possibly continuo.) Double choir and/or strings are out. :-)
Free scores are great, but I'd be willing to pay for something excellent.

Thy Hyperion CD "Moon, Sun & All Things" which RJStove cites is full of treasures, even if they are really mostly centered on Vespers with some Villancicos thrown in.
Just when you think that they must have recorded everything by now ... today I stumbled across a CD devoted to 17th- and 18th-century sacred music from (I am not making this up) Cuba. The production was released in 2004, to no discernible protests from Fidel over its religious content:
