Book Search - Ascending Numbers, Catherine Pickstock

Catherine Pickstock, author of "After Writing" apparently published a book called "Ascending Numbers" which has something to do with Music Theory.

I've seen publication dates ranging from 1998 to 2004, and a bibliography updated in 2007 listed it as "forthcoming."
Lots of websites seem to know it exists, but none of them have it available.

Maybe it hasn't actually been published?

Does anyone have any inside information on this?
Anyone with better library-science skills want to try to track it down?

Worldcat shows its being held by a library in Denmark, but when you search the Danish Union catalogue, it doesn't show up there.

It appears they do hold the book that Chris Hebard refers to above, so that's probably where Worldcat is picking it up from.

Pickstock has a number of other articles or book chapters on music as well.

Jeffrey Tucker referred to it an "essay." So perhaps there is just the article that was in the book Chris Hebard mentioned, and there is no full book by this title.

I just found this link, and it says it is available to order, but will take from 21-35 days.

Says it is a hardback with 208 pages. It almost sounds like this is a Lulu kind of publishing perhaps.

And its from South Africa, so I have to pay in "Rands" (which is ironic, since Pickstock is a socialist...)
(on the plus side, compared to exchange rates two years ago, it's like getting a 50% discount)
