Best condenser microphones for amplifying chant

    What are some of the best condenser microphones for amplifying chant that are out there now? There are threads about this from the past, but I'm wondering if some of our tech-savvy folks might know some of the newest products available.

    And, yes, we'd all love not to use microphones. But not all churches were built equally.

    Try some vibrato first.

    If the application is sound reinforcement (rather than recording), perhaps go with dynamic? Condensers either need batteries (and often funky ones) or a mixing board with phantom power, and are generally more fragile than dynamic.
