It is an arrangement written by Dr. Peter Latona, on the music staff at the shrine, and I believe it's unpublished. If you contact him, you can get more information, and obtain the score from him directly.
Richard Clark has composed a choral adaptation of the Missa de Angelis for the new Roman Missal text in English; it's published by CanticaNova. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=34HaLV7KG-4
I happen to have a copy of Peter's score for that setting. While he did arrange the Gloria (to be alternated between choir and melody, and with the instruments playing the choral parts), it was written by Giovanni Paolo Cima. You can view the score of the full Mass setting at:
There's also the wonderful 'Schola Missa de Angelis' by British composer Roxanna Panufnik--very different in scale and purpose from the (worthy) pieces discussed here, but also a great addition to the patrimony of Catholic music.
Does anyone know of arragements of this mass or the other 17 for Male chior? By the Richard, we enjoyed your "Crucam Tuam" this last lent several times.

I think you mean either tenor and bass or lower voice choir. As a woman who was classified as an contralto voice and a choral tenor, women (and by women I actually mean women) are also included in these pieces of work.
