I've made up a number of these for my college chapel. Here is the Liturgy leaflet for the Feast of Sts Philip and James (yes, I know a little late to share now, but I've polished them up a bit and made them worth sharing).
There is also a choir suppliment sheet, which contains the Responsorial Psalm (my own composition, but I imagine that I've accidentally ripped off someone else's psalm tones or something), the Gospel Acclamation, and the verses from the SEP Communion Chant correct for the feast.
As far as I am aware, both the hymns are public domain, and everything else is the same or in creative commons.
That's one of my own little compositions. I like to keep the responsorial psalm simple so that the congregation will sing the response and cantors can virtually read it off the sheet without difficulty. I deliberately keep the vocal range narrow so anyone can sing them.
