Words of "Rex immortalis gloriae"

Can anyone supply me with the words of the above hymn, which appears to be a 20th-century composition in honour of Hildegard of Bingen? I have it on disc, but can only pick out the odd phrase here and there. (See http://chantdiscography.com/index.php?id=215).
