I've never seen one of these for sale before (though I haven't looked hard). Looking now, I see that there's one available from Loome for quite a bit more money.

The 1922 edition of this book is also scanned and available on archive.org here. The 1952 edition has only a few extra pages which are, as far as I recall, relevant to Franciscan ceremonies. The most cool thing about the book is the analytical index in the back which is the source, in many cases, of the entries in the analytical index in the back of the Cantus Select (1957 ed) posted at musicra.com.
