Dr. Mahrt's Compline booklet?

Several years ago I attended a workshop by Dr. Mahrt in which an 8.5 x 11 booklet having Compline in English was handed out. Does anyone have a PDF copy of that which they could post or email?

Does this have what you are looking for? I couldn't find the link to the 2012 Colloquium packet, but I did find the 2010 packet.
