I kept forgetting to vote until now (I just woke up and couldn't sleep and there no other activity on my social networks). Dr. Mahrt is at 30.22% and Cardinal Dolan is next at 24.45%. He's leading by more than 5% and there's 4 more day to go in the year.

See the original nominations post- B16 specifically omitted, as he is clearly the most influential Catholic, so the contest would be skewed.

FYI - I only voted once for Prof. Mahrt.

I voted for two other Catholics whom I admire.
(I do try to follow the rules and stay on the straight and narrow....and there was no prohibition or rule against that - and I did look. I live in DC and try to swim above the fray as much as possible....but am always in need of salvation....admittedly...)

My friends, I am astonished! My admiration for Cardinals Dolan and Burke has not diminished, but for little me to be in their company is a singular honor, thanks to melofluent and all you CMAA enthusiasts. I sit back with my glass of wine and remember you fondly.
