I saw "For All The Saints" by RVW is online in this hymnal... is this now public domain?

Can't presume it. The web site is now offering to sell downloads of the copyrighted material it carries.

There is a statement that copyrighted hymns do not appear. I was unaware that Hymnary is selling copyright pages - a brilliant move on their part - one-stop shopping for hymns!

The CPDL page says it was published in the English Hymnal in 1906. Under US law, everything before 1923 is public domain.Thanked by 1Salieri
