NPM Forum?

Perhaps my memory is deceiving me, but I thought I saw someone mention an NPM forum. My overwhelming curiosity is urging me to investigate, but alas! I cannot seem to bring up any such thing with a Google search. Then again, I didn't try super hard. But nothing on their website seems to indicate that there is any such thing. Is my memory that bad, or is there really a forum connected with them? If the latter, could someone provide the link, please? Thank you!

After searching the site there are a couple of different forums. But I believe they are e-mail based forums. Not what we have here.

Once upon a time GIA had forums. Then someone hacked into them. Rather than fix it, GIA announced that they were just going to abandon them since they got sick of watching people argue on them.

Email based forums don't seem that interesting to me. Oh well. I guess searching for more was just asking for trouble, eh? Thanks for taking the time to look around.
