So after a few months I've figured out that WHEN YOU WRITE IN ALL CAPS you refer to a hymn tune, i.e. FINLANDIA, or WHATEVER. (Notably, WHATEVER is a terrible name for a hymn tune. Don't know what the composer was thinking. Maybe he vacationed in WHATEVER when he wrote it.)
QUAERITUR --- which is also a curious name for a hymntune --- is there a good resource online (not reliant on MIDI) where a lowly peon like myself may hear what these hymn tunes sound like? (Rather than YouTube or Spotify, that is.)
