In the Ordinary Form, what are the best ways to express that the Mass as a Sacrifice? Why?

Ad orientem. In my opinion, that's one of the biggest things that has been lost.

A large, squarish stand-alone altar. Ciborium thereover would be a plus. Placing the corporal and element closer to the center of the altar, rather than along the edge like a place setting. Not routinely resorting to the tabernacle for hosts to distribute at Communion. And other things that accentuate the Real Action....

The songs at the Offertory could have sacrificial themes while the priest prepares the sacrificial elements. However, it seems very few if any Catholic hymnals contain such songs, while the proper chants for the Offertory sometimes do speak about sacrifice. For instance this Sunday, 13 OT, the proper Offertory taken from Daniel asks that our holocaust/sacrifice be pleasing to God.
