Please check out the classified section. Immaculate Conception Parish in Springfield MO has a full time openeing. We are in the midst of a sacred music renewal across the world as well as our dioscese and are praying for a music director to help lead our large parish in this journey.

Unfortunately, I've seen indication that your parish can't pay near AGO standards for those with a bachelor's or CAGO certificate.
It's simply not worth moving for.
By the way - does most of the parish feel as you do? Or are you an agitator for renewal?
