There is an app for the ipod that turns the ipod into a track pad and mouse. I set it on the great manual at the upper end... (usually don't play that high up for most pieces) and if you tap anywhere on the ipod it turns the page wirelessly. So your hands never have to leave the keyboard. You could use your nose if your using two hands and two feet, but you would have to mount the ipod on a boom and put it in front of your mouth... if you get what i mean.
