As if Tucker's and Ostrowski's kind plugs aren't enough, I've decided to remind my friends here that my Capel-y-ffin setting of parts of the new Mass translation is available here, along with an Our Father & a Hail, Holy Queen you might find useful and interesting. It's published into the Commons, so feel free ...
As I'm sure you know, the three rules to make life easier for anglophones (amongst whom I include myself) when attempting Welsh place names are: - For double L's, raise the tip of your tongue to the roof of the mouth and hiss. - Single F's are V's, double ones are F's. - Y's are somewhere between a short I and UR (I'm sure I loose the nuance but it seems to be an approximation I can get away with).
BTW, the railway station sign at LlanfairPG is something of a tourist attraction in its own right (it's a sleepy little place).
